Job Description

Manage and process student applications for all academic programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, system administrators, and quality assurance, to establish efficient and automated deployment processes.
  • Evaluate admission forms and verify academic credentials in line with institutional policies.
  • Communicate effectively with prospective students, parents, and academic departments regarding admission requirements, deadlines, and procedures.
  • Maintain and update admission records and student databases accurately.
  • Assist in planning and executing admission campaigns, orientation sessions, and open-house events.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for outreach and promotional activities to attract potential students.
  • Support the development and implementation of digital admission systems and automation processes.
  • Generate admission reports, enrollment statistics, and data analysis for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional admission policies (e.g., HEC, PCP, etc., if applicable).
  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Admissions and other departmental functions as required.

Qualifications::

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in admissions, academic coordination, or a related administrative role (experience in higher education preferred).
  • Skills:
    Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
    Proficiency in MS Office and admission management software (CRM, ERP preferred).
    Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
    Good interpersonal skills with a professional and student-friendly attitude.
